Iowa State University
High ranking and good reputation. it is a good place to study because of theres not much distractions around the area of the campus. it is one of the safest university in the US and the people in Iowa are very kind and humble.
Very good and well managed. The advising panels are helpful and will take time to work out your time management and class schedules. The curriculum is pretty heavy but is very good at preparing students for the future.
I took the IELTS exam and got a score of 113 out of 120 I haven't taken any other university level exams but I plan to take MCAT exam for medical school next year as a junior in college.
Most of the exams are multiple tests. 70% coursework and 30% of exams. or 50/50. Some subjects have projects (individual and group) and these are usually 10-15%ans is done within the span of the semester.
The faculty is very patient and kind. The lecturers and professors take an extra step to make sure most students understand the material thought before moving on the next topic.
As an out of state student, my annual fee would be around 45k USD on average, not including my allowance and grocery but including my housing and school material.
Monthly Expense : $500 - $1500
