Accounting course at Lipscomb University
I felt lucky to be a part of this university. I had constant support from my advisors, teachers, and classmates. Through the Lipscomb accounting program, I was able to connect with the president of an accounting firm in the USA. He helped me set my goals and gave me some great advice. I will always keep my university in contact and I truly value the support provided by the university.
This master's degree in the Accounting program required the business Core Curriculum and around seven additional courses. It was a very much varied and interesting course. I was required to complete the credit scores to successfully complete the course.
Studying for the Accountancy course has helped me to manage my accounts better. Also, now after completing the course, I can pursue my career into Financing thus I opted for this course. Since I was an Indian international student, to take admission to the university I was required to appear for the TOEFL (scores - 560) and for the GMAT (scores - 610) exams. Apart from the marks, I was also required to submit my official and unofficial documents to the university.
Per semester my tuition fee was $15500. The general tuition fee was $1200 and the books and other supplies were for $6500. Some financial aid was also provided by the university. They were Institutional Merit-Based Scholarships, Institutional Need-Based Scholarships/Grants, Need Aid Details by Fund, Scholarship Load Requirements, Scholarship Renewal Requirements, and many more.
I used to live in an off-campus accommodation. For it, I had paid an amount of $5,000 for the living, food, and transportation. The rooms were well built also the quality of the food was good.
When I was enrolled in the course, I did an off-campus internship. Apart from getting the stipend, I was also awarded a certificate.
I did not attend any event when I was enrolled in the university.
Monthly Expense : $2500 - $3500
