I found about this college through my friend who also studies there. The college had offered great opportunities. Their academic program was very good. The admission form was filled by me through their official website. I had also paid an application fee of $30.
This was a well-established program. It was concentrated on sports and entertainment management but it had also provided me the basic knowledge of business management. It had consisted of on-the-job work in the sport and entertainment industry. I had developed professionally and personally.
I wanted to pursue a career in the field of sports and entertainment management. I found myself suitable for this course. There were overall 54 credit hours included. My TOEFL score was 87 and my GMAT score was 640. I had to submit my official transcripts, affidavit of scholarship, evidence for residency etc.
My program had included internship opportunities. This internship provided us on-the-job opportunities to help us experience how the lessons taught in the classroom play out in the industry. By joining the internship I had got all the basic work skills required in this industry.
The career services team helped us with various career-related issues. They had an online portal that provided help for the placement and career services. Many recruiters were linked with them for providing jobs. They had also organized various job fairs and alumni networking programs.
Many sports activities and festive celebrations took place in our college. I had participated in some of the events there. There were also career-oriented events which were very beneficial to us.
The tuition and fee of my program were around $27000. Books and the other miscellaneous expenses had cost me around $2000. I had availed of the Aga Khan foundation scholarship. It had covered all my major expenses. I had applied for it during my admission procedure.
The teachers were with good academic qualifications. And they were also very experienced. They were cooperative and helpful in nature. They had helped in learning my program. They were also acted as our mentors. They helped me to develop an awareness of the benefits of business careers.
I had liked to stay off-campus. It had cost me around $14000 including meal plans. Living there had provided me a great experience. I had learned to adjust to the new environment. Some of my friends were also opted for on-campus living and had paid around $10000.
