I had filled the application form for 3-4 colleges but my education counselor advised me to take admission in this college. I had submitted a common application form and for that, I had to pay $25 as an application fee. They also reviewed my 12th score of 9.1 GPA.
The course was very diverse and helped me built my base. I had studied subjects such as Organizational Communication, Advertising/Public Relations, Digital Production. All the subjects were very vast and resourceful.
I always had an interest in this subject and I wanted to gain deeper knowledge on it. I had to give my ACT score of 23 and to prove my English proficiency I had provided them with my IELTS score of 6.8 plus they also needed a letter of recommendation and official transcripts.
Placement cell helped in providing job opportunities to all the students. I had moved back to India but all of my friends got placed as Digital Producer, journalist, Public Relation manager and received an average pay scale of $55,000.
Events were the main part of the University and it also helped me enhance my college experience. Events such as Spring Concert, Theatre, Athletic Dinner, alumni meet were celebrated.
I had to pay the tuition fee of $21,000 plus I had also paid $1000 for books supplies and a general fee of $400. My indirect expenses cost me around $1500. Fortunately, I had received the financial aid of $3500 which I had applied for at the time of taking admission.
Faculty played a very vital role in shaping my career. Usually, the classes were taken in small batches and several practical sessions were also taken. All the professors were experts in their fields. Mrs. Melissa Baskin helped me improve my Oral Communications.
