Thoughts on Elms College
It had my desired degree and the school location was perfect for me. I felt like I was able to further my degree here that I didn't feel like I could do at my other schools. The teachers here are also amazing and I couldn't ask for anyone better.
It's perfect in my opinion! It doesn't require you to take unnecessary classes for your major(s) which some colleges do in my opinion. Everyone has room to succeed and I wish I could get my degree from this school.
It was good and it worked well with my schedule. The final exam schedule was out pretty early in the semester which made it easy for me to be able to make sure I could attend due to my work schedule. It was enough time if you didn't feel confident enough in the subject.
The faculty are very nice and understanding. They did their best to accommodate you in any way possible. Some of them don't respond in a timely manner but for the most part, everyone was great.
It is a bit expensive. It is about 24,000 dollars in order to live there and go to classes which for me is a bit much because I was not given a full ride there obviously.
I was a commuter which was a bit hard because if the weather was bad or something happened, the school wouldn?t close always because most people lived on campus. That is my only complaint. I did try to live there but I couldn't afford it.
Everything was celebrated!! It was amazing. It is a Catholic school so Easter and all of those major holidays are highly celebrated with little events. I really enjoyed coming on campus and seeing it decorated.
Monthly Expense : $200 - $500
