I decided to join this college because it was affiliated to the Boston University which is one of the top universities there.I really liked the program it had offered.I had applied for admission at two other colleges and get selected in all but I preferred Wheelock College.For getting admission there I had filled an online form through the common application portal with a fee of around $95.
It was a rigorous program and it was very knowledge oriented.I had learned about different branches of science under this program.I learned to conduct research for environment related issue and to develop solution for them.I got opportunity to take part in field works.
I wanted to develop strategies to conserve our environment so I decide to took admission in this program.Admisdion process was totally online.My TOEFL score of 81 along with ACT of 24 were required for my admission there.I had to submit my official transcripts,affidavit of financial aid,a copy of my passport at the time of admission process.
Placement and jobs opportunities were good.Many employers were being linked with them for offering internships and jobs.Career services staff was also very supportive.They had trained us for interviews and also helped us in our career exploration.
Numerous events were organized throughout the year.There were conferences,filming activities,athletic and cultural events And there were many extracurricular activities organized for us regularly.
Tuition and fee of my program was expensive which was around $54000 per year.So I had applied for the financial aid from the college at the time of my admission which had covered around $15000 of my expenses.I had spent around $2000 for books and other personal expenses.
All the professors were with extensive experience.They were passionate about what they taught to us.The methods of teaching used by them were awesome.They always encouraged us to participate in field works and research programs.I had learned a lot from them.
I had stayed at the on campus housing of the college.I felt very safe while living at on campus.The food and other basic services offered were really nice.I had spent around $12000 for living at there.
