It has a good reputation, many graduates from William Angliss accepted in high-class hotels and restaurants. I also got the right course that I need, I love food and I love to learn how manager managing their restaurant.
Course Curriculum
It's pretty good! I love it!, especialy GAS559 (foundation of cuisine) course! We learn about how food is served, the way people eat food in different countries based on their traditional religion and etc.
Faculty
It is a popular one, many students in William Angliss choose culinary management, I personally did not know if this faculty is popular before I get into Melbourne, I was just thinking that this faculty is suited me.
Placement
Well if you graduated from William Angliss and bring William Angliss certificate when applying for a job, it less popular than le cordon bleu. Many people did not know where or what is William Angliss.
Accommodation
I stay at unilodge on a Beckett, it is convenient because of it is close to many shopping centers, and is located in the middle of the city, it takes 10 mins to 13 mins walk to go to campus, or 7 mins by tram.
Exams
IELTS. I have not taken any university exam before, this is my first year, first semester and first 2 months in Melbourne.
Events
When I first came in here, they threw a welcome party in the student lounge, free pizzas, there were many events happened but I rarely join it because I'm too busy, the latest one is harmony day, they give free foods! and I love it
Examination Structure
This is my first year, the first semester and the first 2 months in Melbourne, maybe it will be based on a computer or it will be a paper-based exam, I still have not got any exams yet.
