  • There are multiple intake months. International students must apply 2 months before the program starts.
  • For most of the bachelor programs, students need to complete the foundation and diploma courses.

Taylor's University has a flexible admissions deadline. Throughout the year, there are multiple intake months similar to the application deadlines of many top universities in Malaysia. Intake Months varies from course to course. Students must apply at least 2 months prior to the start of the program. International Student Admissions

Taylor's University, Malaysia accepts international students from all over the world who wish to study in Malaysia. The International Students must have completed equivalent education to the requirements mentioned for various programs. All entry requirements should be in accordance with Malaysian Higher Education. The process for international applicants and domestic students is quite similar except the fact that they need to submit some additional requirements.

Application Portal: Students can apply online and mail or fax the required documents.

Application Fee: Graduate programs require an application fee of 250 RM. There is an enrollment fee which varies from course to course and can be submitted online through fly wire.

Basic Admission Requirements - International applicants must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for Taylor's University admissions:

  • Completed application
  • Official Transcripts of School - These can be either mailed at or sent through mail in a sealed envelope. If it is not in English then it must be translated and sent with certified translations in English.
  • Proof of English Proficiency- TOEFL/IELTS/MUET/ Foundation program
  • Health Examination Report Form
  • Hostel form (if required)
  • Six passport-sized photographs( White background, 3.5 cm (W) x 4.5 cm (H))
  • Two copies of all pages of Passport.

English Proficiency Test Scores

International students need to demonstrate that they are proficient in the English Language. One way to do so is submission of standardized English proficiency test scores accepted in Malaysia. The students who have completed their education from a University where English proficiency is required and the students from English speaking countries are exempted from these requirements. Visa Process for International Students

  • If an applicant is selected for the admissions, he/she will be sent the acceptance letter which needs to be accepted within seven days. If accepted, students have to apply for a Visa Approval Letter through University at Education Malaysia Global Services.
  • Students must mention in the application from the Malaysian Embassy, they wish to obtain a Single Entry Visa to study in Malaysia.
  • This process takes six to eight weeks.

Taylor’s University, Malaysia considers admissions on a case by case basis. Students must apply two months prior to the intended month otherwise the application will be considered for the next intake month. Applicants will hear from the University within 2 to 3 working days upon applying through TOPAS. Applications through offline medium may take time. 

All the entry requirements must be according to the Ministry of Higher Education or Malaysian Qualifications Agency or Malaysia Medical Council. Applicants must go through the admissions requirements for the course to be applied very carefully. Education Malaysia Global Services will approve the visa. Visa process will take about six to eight weeks.

Accepted students must make sure that they carry a valid passport with photocopies, Visa Approval Letter, Letter of Offer, academic transcripts, copy of medical examination form and receipt of payment of all fees before leaving for Malaysia.
