INR 15.66 Lakhs is BNU’s supplied annual living-cost benchmark for a student budget. It is not a room-only rent quote.
High Wycombe is BNU’s main campus location. A resident student lives near the university, while a commuter travels from another address.
BNU does not publish a room-by-room rent range in the supplied record. Therefore, private housing is described as an option, not as cheaper or affordable.

Note: The £12,000 (INR 15.66 Lakhs) benchmark covers annual living expenses. It does not establish accommodation rent, a deposit, bills, or travel costs.
Use INR 15.66 Lakhs as the High Wycombe annual reserve, then compare every housing offer by total occupancy cost.
Currency Tip: The February 2027 deposit and first instalment need a conversion buffer. September 2027 applicants should recalculate totals when BNU releases the next fee-year rate.

One universal BNU deposit is not published; the CAS deposit varies by country and is controlled by the offer letter.
A CAS is the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies. It is the reference needed for the Student Visa.
BNU issues the CAS after an unconditional offer, required financial evidence, and the CAS deposit.
BNU’s visa guidance explains the process, while the offer controls the amount and deadline. It does not publish one deposit figure for these three courses. The BNU visa guidance confirms that the deposit may vary by country.
Methods of payment:
Steps to pay the tuition fee for international students:
No verified full-payment discount or instalment amount is published in the supplied evidence. The offer letter controls tuition liability dates, refund terms, and any discount.

Note: February 2027 applicants should meet the offer-letter deposit deadline. Allow at least 5 working days for funds to clear before requesting the CAS.
Plan BNU payment and admission steps around the deadline on the offer letter.
February 2027 applicants should reserve cash for the BNU deposit, visa payment, IHS, and housing payment before arrival.
Cash Needed Before Arrival:
Identified minimum: One Student Visa fee and one IHS year total £1,334 (INR 1.74 Lakhs).
This excludes the BNU deposit, housing, travel, setup, and any pre-arrival tuition balance.
Budget approximately INR 1.74 Lakhs plus the BNU deposit and housing payment for first-year hidden costs.
Note: Families often miss the IHS. The one-year student rate is £776 (INR 1.01 Lakhs).
The visa application requires the full course-period amount upfront.
The clearest published annual saving is £150 (INR 19,577). It comes from choosing £15,000 (INR 19.58 Lakhs) over £15,150 (INR 19.77 Lakhs).
The payment provider and a forex card should be compared against the bank’s quoted conversion spread before each instalment.
Tip for Indian Students: For September 2027, £150 (INR 19,577) saves £450 (INR 58,730) over three years. February 2027 PG applicants should not assume a scholarship saving without written confirmation.

BNU reports 98% employment 15 months after graduation. Its reported graduate salary range is £24,000 to £27,000 (INR 31.32 to 35.24 Lakhs) annually.
That salary equals about INR 2.61 to 2.94 Lakhs gross monthly before tax.
A loan near INR 40 Lakhs implies about INR 54,000 monthly EMI. This uses 10.5% over 10 years.
Business and Management is ranked 18th in the Guardian’s subject table in the supplied ranking record. The Graduate Route provides 18 months for applications made on or after 1 January 2027.
The value case is stronger for a one-year PG route with a written fee and manageable deposit.
The offer becomes weaker at the top of the PG band. Loan coverage of every living expense adds risk.
Key Insight: The February 2027 decision number is the INR 37.70 Lakhs average first-year budget.
For September 2027, use the new fee-year rate before fixing an EMI against expected salary.
February 2027 applicants should budget INR 37.70 Lakhs for the average MSc Data Science first year.
This includes one Student Visa fee and one IHS year. No current Indian scholarship reduction is deducted because GREAT closed on 1 August 2026.
A INR 40 Lakhs loan implies about INR 54,000 monthly EMI over 10 years at 10.5%.
September 2027 applicants should wait for the target fee-year release before fixing the loan amount.
Use the offer letter to lock the exact fee, CAS deposit, and payment dates before funding the route.
