Ans. Teachers working in Degree Colleges having completed at least 3 years service.
Teachers working in Polytechnic Colleges having completed at least 4 years of service.

Ques. What are the no. of classes required to be taken for M.Phil courses at Andhra University?
Ans. The duration that a student needs to undergo is different for full time and part time. It is as follows:
A Full-time student is required to spend the prescribed period of 12 months in the concerned University Department or in the concerned institute recognized by the University for that purpose.
Part-time students have to spend at least six weeks in each year in the concerned department in the University or in the Institute concerned and complete all the requirements for the award of the degree within two years from the date of registration.
Ques. What is the attendance criteria that students have to maintain for a P.hD course at Andhra University?
Ans. All students have to maintain 75% attendance. Candidates having 66% of attendance can be admitted to write the exam but only if there are any medical conditions.
Ques. Can candidates who have degrees from distance education institutes apply for PhD programmes at Andhra University?
Ans. Yes, students with degrees from distance education institutes can apply to full time Ph.D courses.
Ques. What is the duration for a P.hD course at Andhra University?
