HPTU Result 2026: Date-Wise Semester Results, Portal Links and Re-evaluation Details

HPTU Result 2026 for the May 2026 semester exams is out course-wise. Himachal Pradesh Technical University issued the latest batch on September 29, 2026. Final semester B.Tech results came first, on July 13, 2026.

December 2025 exam results came out from March 7 to 24, 2026. Regular and re-appear results appear as separate entries. CBCS, NEP and PCI batches also get separate result lists.

Students search the result by roll number or name. The result portal opens from himtu.ac.in. The June 2026 re-evaluation form opened on September 29, 2026.

HPTU Result 2026 Date Wise

HPTU Result 2026 Portal by Program Type

HPTU uses three online channels for results. The right one depends on the batch and the purpose.

The "View Results" button on himtu.ac.in opens the first portal in the table. B.Tech students from older batches use only that portal.

How to Check HPTU Result 2026?

The main portal needs no password. Students only need the university roll number.

1. Open himtu.ac.in and click "View Results".
2. Find the entry for the course, semester, scheme and session.
3. Pick regular or re-appear, matching the exam actually taken.
4. Enter the roll number, or search by name.
5. Check the marks, then save or print the result page.

Example: A NEP-batch B.Tech CSE student in 6th semester opens the September 28 entry. A CBCS-batch student in 7th semester opens the September 26 re-appear entry instead.

How to Pick the Right Result Entry?

Most "result not found" problems mean the wrong entry. Each title carries four labels worth matching.

• Scheme: CBCS, NEP or NEP-2020, NS (new syllabus) and PCI for pharmacy.
• Exam type: Regular, Re-appear or Special Chance.
• Group: B.Tech 1st and 2nd semester re-appear lists have Group A and B.
• Branch: B.Tech lists are branch-wise, such as CSE, ECE, ME or Civil.

HPTU December 2025 Exam Results Declared in March 2026

HPTU declared odd-semester results for December 2025 in March 2026. These cover 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th semesters for most programmes.

Pharmacy results came first in the December 2025 cycle. The B.Pharm December 2025 results were out on March 7, 2026. The May 2026 results followed on August 27, 2026.

HPTU Result Gap Between Exam and Declaration

One session does not get results together. Final semester results come first, since those students need degrees for jobs. B.Tech 8th semester results came on July 13, 2026. Other semesters waited over two months.

So December 2026 exam results are expected around March 2027.
