VIT-AP BTech Group B Category 1 tuition is ₹1,95,000 a year for 2026-27, with a refundable ₹5,000 deposit at joining. Branch and fee category determine the annual amount. Fees for the 2027 intake are awaited.

VIT-AP BTech Tuition Fees 2026-27

Group B has the following annual category rates for 2026-27. VIT-AP Category 1 students pay ₹1,95,000 tuition plus the first-year deposit.

Group B includes CSE, ECE and Mechanical Engineering. Biotechnology belongs to Group A, with annual tuition from ₹1,73,000 in Category 1 to ₹3,95,000 in Category 5. The branch and category in the allotment determine the fee.

The deposit is paid once. These annual amounts do not establish a fixed four-year fee for students entering in 2027.

VIT-AP BBA, MBA, Law and Science Fees

The following annual tuition amounts cover other VIT-AP courses. A refundable ₹5,000 caution deposit is added at joining.

The five-year integrated MTech in CSE with Virtusa and Software Engineering has annual tuition from ₹1,20,000 in Category 1 to ₹2,95,000 in Category 5 for 2026-27. Its deposit needs confirmation: the dated integrated MTech schedule gives ₹2,000, while the general fee information gives ₹5,000.

VIT-AP Hostel and Mess Fees 2026-27

The 2026-27 hostel payment covers the fall and winter semesters, the chosen mess plan and up to 44 laundry washes over ten months. The following examples use vegetarian mess.

A non-vegetarian or special mess plan has a higher fee. A first-year hostel resident also pays ₹15,000 as a non-refundable hostel admission fee and ₹15,000 as refundable caution money. Room choice depends on availability after the full hostel fee is paid. These hostel charges are separate from academic tuition and may change in the next academic year.

VIT-AP Scholarships

For BCom and BA, eligible national board toppers can receive full tuition support and district toppers 50%. An eligible female district topper receives another 25%, making 75%. These awards apply to the named programmes.

MSc Physics and Chemistry Category 1 students can receive full tuition support at 90% in graduation or 9.0 CGPA, or 50% at 80% or 8.0 CGPA. Eligible women in the second group receive another 25%. MSc Data Science has a separate 50% concession at 90% UG marks.
