Mr. Praveen Dwivedi is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice President E-Learning at Clat Possible, Lucknow. With 12 years of experience in Handling and development of IT Systems, he has coordinated various projects with US based LMS by adopting Indian education system. He has closely worked with IIT Kharagpur team to accomplish various IISER institutes projects under the guidance of the dean. He has an elaborate profile of working as database architect & administrator, front end designer, Senior software engineer and project leader and analyst, single handedly, for PAN India Operations.
What key factors motivated you to join the education sector?
“Advancing students growth through innovative technology”
I have discovered that students find it difficult to understand their own strengths and weaknesses and I understand that knowing these about oneself, helps in getting better results and industry preparedness. This key understanding and sense to help students motivated me to enter the education sector. I want to help the students through the latest technology advancement, where a student can identify the weaknesses and work upon them. My motivation has always been involving technology, refining the learning style and enhancing the understanding of students.
How do you strategize the key programs for the administration of Clat Possible?
“Effective technological planning and working”
Our basic agenda for doing anything is to utilize technology to its best. We use data analytics, based on which we launch our programs based on students interest and potential. We have developed all the technology and created the platform for implementation and monitoring of our plans and programs. We also see our social gathering, based on the data from the bots, we formulate solutions to help the students with the areas where they lag.
How does Clat Possible ensure the best development of the students?
“Preferential academic care and support to students”
We have created a Learning-Management System, an artificial intelligence based completely self-paced learning platform. Whenever a student comes in or joins us, a few diagnostic psychometric tests are done, the strengths and weaknesses are identified and a study plan is recommended accordingly. The student can then follow the same and improve upon the limitations, and ultimately score well. Also, we have developed a support system for them, where they can report their problems, and we can get back to them as soon as possible.
What do you think should be Clat Possible’s top priority over the next 10 years?
“Establishing as a big education model based on technology and innovation”
Our priority is to shift from a coaching institute model to an Edutech company. We want to utilise technology and modern era inventions, implement the same in our classrooms coupled with our self paced learning programs. Thus, helping the students successfully acing their exams and getting desirable results. Also for the teachers, we aspire to train them well to deliver the lectures more efficiently.

What do you see as your platform’s greatest strengths?
“Collaborative model and quality learning approaches”
Our platform is extremely powerful and dynamic in nature. We have always supported the hybrid model, we started online classes and have developed the US-based LMS program to incorporate better understanding and interest among students.
