What key factors motivated you to join the education sector?
“Value creation for the education and nation”
I have always been interested in teaching and guiding students and younger children from my college days. I have developed a fondness for connecting with the students and working with them. We cannot expect results to be immediate, but a small step every day in the right direction will definitely lead to miracles. I see the potential that our country has currently, and it is truly encouraging. I am happy to contribute to the great and diverse educational sector of the country. Nothing is more satisfying than mentoring someone, creating value in someone’s life and helping young students achieve their various goals and dreams.
What is your philosophy of leadership?
“Allowing team to explore, experiment and implement”
I believe every individual has a distinct and differentiated skillset. To bring out the best in them, we must let them work in their style, let them explore; in short, let them experiment as long as it doesn’t hamper the organisation’s growth. I remember to think both like an entrepreneur and an academician. More than ideas, I look forward to implementation. Fear of committing mistakes hinders your full potential. No person in my dedicated team is afraid of that; I trust them. I provide encouragement and support, which allows them to keep challenging themselves. I always encourage my team to lead and experiment, and I always value their efforts.
How do you strategize the key plans for the administration of your platform?
“Signifying academic requirements and working towards them”
Identifying goals and prioritising them according to our own needs and wants is the first step of the process. I brainstorm with my team and build strategies designed to achieve the targets we have set. I believe in the process of continuous improvement; rather than simply turning the other eye to any mistake, significant or not, I believe in ratifying it. In the education sector, your students are also a part of your team. So, we strategize our plans according to the needs of our students; we thoroughly analyse the latest exam patterns and plan various experimental efforts personalised to the individual students. A lot of our focus goes to helping our students in any and every manner possible, with the ultimate goal of developing a long-term relationship with them.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities towards the students are?
“Providing best teachers and resources for learning”
In the 21st century classroom, teachers are the facilitators of student learning, and they are the ones that create the productive classroom environment students need to develop their skills. At ClatPrep, a faculty job means ‘Mentoring,’ not just ‘teaching’. My biggest role and responsibility is to provide exhaustive, updated study material along with rigorous testing mechanisms and gain real time feedback. We employ the latest teaching methods in the most interactive manner to engage the students.
What do you think should be Clat Prep Education’s top priority over the next 10 years?
“Wider reach and reputation in providing quality learning”
At ClatPrep, we always believe in result-oriented value education. In the next 10 years, ClatPrep’s top priority is to have at least 1 education center in all major states of India, and to mentor law aspirants and help them reach their dream for National Law Universities. We also plan to add various other exam preparation modules along with the standard CLAT one in our product basket and will be a renowned Edu-Corporate in India.
What do you see as your platform’s greatest strengths?
“Academic excellence and success of students”
We have a very academic focus and result oriented approach. Also, an amazing faculty team and a ‘never say no’ philosophy are the core strengths of ClatPrep. The belief our
students have in themselves, and the faith they have in us is our greatest strength to move forward. We have succeeded in producing top NLU selections even from students having Hindi-medium backgrounds, or from short term courses. With changes in market dynamics and exam patterns, come challenges and opportunities too. We are always ready to cater to the needs of students.
What are some of the biggest challenges you see for higher education?
“Lack of faculty and proper practices in law colleges”
As far as higher education in the Law industry is concerned, the biggest challenge is the shortage of experienced faculty in Law colleges. Law is changing and is now known as the New Age Career that has witnessed the biggest change and upgradation in the past 10 years. To cater the industry demand of young corporate lawyers, we need a more practical and industry specific curriculum.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the aspiring students?
“Be self-reliant and willing to work hard”
Self – belief and self – discipline is the key ingredient for any young achiever. A young and aspiring student must be willing to do a lot of hard work and be committed to this idea. Don’t be a part of the competition, be the competition.
