To get graduation loan you will get the fee breakup easily from admin, college is semi autonomous under state government so no problem with loan.

If we talk about scholarship college doesn't provide any. It's provide by UP government with some conditions apply; 1)- annual family income less than 2 lakhs. 2)- your father doesn't have any government job. And any others.

UP government provide scholarships to those students having annual income less than 150000, of any Cast. If a student having a OBC or SC/St cast still he/She will not get any scholarship if his/her family annual income is greater than 150000

Yes I got state scholarship every year of amount 56000.For this we have to fillup UP Scholarship form with proper details. There are also loan facilities available but first we have to open an account in syndicate bank and we have to write a letter regarding loan with director signature the go to bank and you will get the loan.
