MPSTME B.Tech Computer Engineering: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

MPSTME’s B.Tech Computer Engineering is a 4-year, on-campus programme at Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering, a constituent of NMIMS Deemed University in Vile Parle West, Mumbai. Admission is through NCET (NMIMS Common Entrance Test) or valid SAT/ACT scores. Total programme fees are INR 20 Lakhs, and graduates have been placed at packages averaging INR 8.46 LPA through MPSTME’s extensive Mumbai industry network.

• Hostel accommodation at the Mumbai campus is optional and charged separately from tuition fees.
• Caution deposit of INR 10,000 is fully refundable upon completing the programme.

MPSTME B.Tech Computer Engineering Admission 2026

• NCET was conducted in two phases: Phase 1 until 30 March 2026 and Phase 2 from 1 April to 1 June 2026.
• Candidates with valid SAT or ACT scores could apply without appearing for NCET.
• Counselling for the Mumbai campus was held offline at the MPSTME campus in Vile Parle West.

Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved categories).
• Minimum age of 17 years as of 31 July 2026.
• Final-year Class 12 students were eligible to apply on a provisional basis pending result declaration.
• Qualifying score in NCET 2026 or valid SAT/ACT scores as per NMIMS norms was required for admission.

Admission Process

• Register and submit the application at ncet.nmims.edu before the application deadline.
• Appear for NCET in online mode across the two exam phases, or submit valid SAT/ACT scores through the portal.
• Merit list is prepared on the basis of 50% NCET score and 50% Class 12 aggregate marks.
• Shortlisted candidates attend offline counselling at the MPSTME Mumbai campus with original documents.
• Complete document verification and pay the programme fee to confirm the seat allotment.
• Attend orientation and begin classes from July 2026.
