MPSTME MCA : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

MCA is a 2-year, full-time PG programme at Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering, part of NMIMS Deemed University in Mumbai. Admission is through a written test conducted by NMIMS, open to BCA, B.Sc. CS, and mathematics-background graduates with at least 50% aggregate. The programme fee was INR 3,25,000 per year for the 2025 batch, with 2026 batch fees to be communicated at the time of admission.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed BCA/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• Candidates with B.Sc./B.Com./B.A./BMS can also apply if they studied Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level, with bridge courses where required.
• A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination is required.
• Final-year candidates could apply provisionally, provided their final examination was conducted before the programme commencement date.
• Candidates admitted provisionally had to submit their final marksheet by September 30, 2026.
• Candidates from overseas universities must submit an AIU equivalence certificate to confirm eligibility

Admission Process

• Register online through the NMIMS website and pay the INR 2,500 non-refundable registration fee.
• Download the written-test call letter from the candidate dashboard.
• Upload the required documents before the test.
• Appear for the NMIMS written test at the Mumbai campus.
• The test consists of 50 MCQs carrying 100 marks, with a duration of 1 hour.
• 30 questions cover computing knowledge, including data structures, C programming, OOP, algorithms, networking and operating systems.
• 20 questions cover logical and verbal reasoning.
• The written test carries 100% weightage in the final merit.
• Admission offers are made according to merit and seat availability.

• Central Sector Scheme applications must be submitted within 10 months of enrollment.
