Eligibility Criteria

3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an allied engineering discipline from a recognised State Board of Technical Education with minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category candidates).

B.Sc graduates with Mathematics as a subject from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% aggregate are also eligible for merit-based admission without JEECUP.

Candidates must have a valid JEECUP score for the lateral entry category to be eligible for UPTAC counselling.

Admission Process

Appear in JEECUP and secure a rank in the Mechanical Engineering lateral entry category.

Participate in UPTAC online seat allotment rounds and accept the allotted seat by paying the seat acceptance fee through the portal.
