Ques. Which Diploma disciplines are eligible for B.Tech Lateral EEE at SGI?
Ans. Candidates holding a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or a closely related discipline from a recognized board are eligible for B.Tech Lateral Entry in EEE at SGI. The Diploma must be a 3-year programme with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved category). Admission is to the second year of B.Tech directly, allowing candidates to complete the degree in three years rather than the standard four-year route.
