GGDSD Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly qualified and student-friendly, with most educators holding PhDs and some being gold medalists in their fields. The faculty-to-student ratio is approximately 1:18, ensuring personalized attention. Each subject has a dedicated professor, and the faculty is a balanced mix of experienced and younger teachers, contributing to an engaging learning environment. The faculty is approachable, supportive, and offers extra classes for doubt clearing. There are two main exams per semester, mid-terms and end-terms, with the marking scheme being rigorous.

Approximately 300 teachers are employed, with around 250 holding PhDs. Teaching methods are interactive and focus on both theoretical and practical knowledge. The course structure includes core subjects, practical sessions, and project work. The college is affiliated with Panjab University, which administers the final exams. The faculty is committed to the holistic development of students and is known for its dedicated and supportive teaching approach.
