Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognised board with minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates from Uttar Pradesh).

Valid JEE Main 2026 score is required for UPTAC counselling. Both Session 1 and Session 2 scores were accepted and the best score was considered for UPTAC merit ranking.

Candidates must register on the UPTAC portal at uptac.samarth.edu.in and upload 10+2 marksheets, JEE Main scorecard, domicile certificate, and caste certificate (if applicable) for participation in allotment rounds.

Admission Process

Appeared in JEE Main 2026. Session 1 results were declared on February 16, 2026, and Session 2 results on April 20, 2026. The best JEE Main score from either session was used for UPTAC merit ranking.

UPTAC 2026 registration was open from May 25 to June 15, 2026 at uptac.samarth.edu.in. Registered candidates uploaded documents and participated in merit-based seat allotment rounds.

Four main allotment rounds were conducted from June 27 to July 11, 2026. Round 1 allotment was released on June 27 and Round 4 on July 11, 2026.

Candidates who received allotment completed physical reporting and fee payment at Trident Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad between July 14 and 16, 2026 to confirm admission.
