BCP follows Maharashtra CET Cell CAP for B.Pharm and M.Pharm. There is no management quota at BCP. All 120 B.Pharm seats are filled through CAP merit rounds.

BCP B.Pharm Admission Process

B.Pharm eligibility requires 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, plus Biology or Mathematics as the third subject. Minimum 50% aggregate is required (45% for reserved categories). A valid MHT-CET (PCB group) or NEET score is mandatory. BCP is one of the most sought-after pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra - the Open category MHT-CET cutoff has reached the 99.49 percentile in recent cycles. Candidates must have a Maharashtra domicile certificate for state-quota seats. The selection follows Maharashtra CET Cell CAP stages:

  • CAP registration and document verification on the CET Cell portal
  • Provisional and final merit list publication
  • Online choice filling and locking of preference among CAP-listed colleges
  • Round-wise seat allotment based on MHT-CET / NEET rank and category
  • Reporting to BCP for admission confirmation and fee payment

BCP M.Pharm and Ph.D Admission Process

M.Pharm eligibility requires a B.Pharm with minimum 55% aggregate and a valid GPAT score. Admissions proceed through Maharashtra PG Pharmacy CAP. Five specialisations are offered - Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry. Ph.D admission is through BCP’s own entrance test and interview for candidates holding an M.Pharm degree. Check bcpindia.org for the current Ph.D admission notification.
