Though all banks are pretty much the same...oh and use the combination of both scholarships and loans...You HAVE to work harder than anyone as scholarships require you to have really good grades(merit based) You are correct, loans require an admission letter of some sort... Pay the initial admission fees of wherever you are going... Then immediately approach a bank(or multiple) and Please learn about how they work too, do not randomly walk into a bank expecting that they give you a loan or that you will be fine after you get the loan... You will initially be very much alright as the education loans will be of longer periods(eg: 8 years, 10 years).. Lastly to make it all easier, skill up within the first year and immediately apply for an internship(just keep applying even if no one accepts)...and if it still is bad, do side hustles like tuition or anything that can help you survive well...(When I say skill up, do what everyone usually does in 2nd and 3rd years, choosing a certain thing in CS(say full stack), they learn it and start with projects(DSA will be a subject you have to learn too))

If u r interested in cse then only..... glory days for cse is almost over ... u have to be very niche in your skills
