GrimReaperKingIIT Dharwad is equivalent to a tier 2 college but with an IIT tag. Why would you even consider it when you have IIITH?
and NSUT is leagues below IIITH

Literally in the tech center of Hyderabad, location couldn't be better. Peer culture , and opportunities are excellent.
MegaBlazeKnightIITs are directly funded by central government and have a larger funding pool due to the IIT tag. People inside India and outside India know about IITs.
IIITH is great for computer science or if you are Lalit Kundu.

IIIT Hyderabad reputation is much higher in comparison to all these colleges you mentioned.
