Paris School of Business offers 6+ merit scholarships and fee reductions, of which 4 are directly accessible to Indian applicants.

The largest institutional award tops out at EUR 2,000 (INR 1.92 Lakhs). Real savings come from stacking a PSB Merit award with the external Charpak Master’s stipend.

  • Standard MSc tuition (90 ECTS, full programme): EUR 15,790 to EUR 19,990 (INR 15.16 Lakhs to INR 19.19 Lakhs).
  • With the maximum PSB Merit Scholarship at PG level, programme cost drops by EUR 2,000 (INR 1.92 Lakhs).
  • PSB Merit plus Charpak Master’s stipend combined: up to INR 8.64 Lakhs offset for a 10-month cycle.
  • Next scholarship decision window: within 2 weeks of a complete file (rolling; tentative August 31, 2026 cutoff for Fall 2026 intake).

Currency Note: All INR conversions use the live rate of 1 EUR = INR 96 as of August 2026. MSc tuition figures cover the entire programme, not per year; Bachelor and Grande École Master fees are quoted per academic year.

Paris School of Business Scholarships for UG Students

Indian applicants to the PSB International Bachelor can access two direct discounts on the annual tuition of EUR 10,700 (INR 10.27 Lakhs).

ScholarshipAmountEligibilityDeadline
PSB Merit Scholarship (Bachelor)Up to EUR 1,000 (INR 96,000) off first-year tuitionStrong Class 12 marks, motivation letter, positive interview outcome with the admissions panelRolling; tentative August 31, 2026 cutoff for Fall 2026 intake
Application Fee ReductionEUR 50 (INR 4,800) waived on the standard EUR 100 (INR 9,600) feeApplicants who submit during the early admissions roundsRolling; tentative July 31, 2026 for Fall 2026 intake
Referral / Sibling DiscountCase-by-case tuition waiverSibling already enrolled at PSB, or referred by a PSB alumnusApplied at the enrolment stage

The Merit award at UG level is decided during the interview stage, not automatically. Applicants should signal it in the motivation letter and prepare specific examples of academic or leadership excellence.

PSB’s undergraduate awards are modest by design. The school positions itself as fee-competitive rather than heavily subsidised, so Indian families should plan around near-full tuition even in the best case.

Paris School of Business Scholarships for PG / Master’s Students

PSB offers postgraduates a merit-based award of up to EUR 2,000 (INR 1.92 Lakhs). The same criteria apply across MSc, Grande École Master, and MBA programmes.

Early Confirmation DiscountCase-specific tuition reductionMSc and Grande École MasterConfirm the seat shortly after receiving the admission offerRolling; validated at enrolment

Reddit Insight: Indian MSc applicants on r/StudyInFrance report that the EUR 2,000 award reaches roughly 1 in 4 admitted Indian candidates, and typically favours strong quant grades or prior work experience.

The MBA route carries a higher fee of EUR 22,470 (INR 21.57 Lakhs) for 12 months. Merit funding from PSB alone covers under 10% of that outlay, so working professionals should look at corporate sponsorship or external grants.

MSc Data Management applicants face an extra hurdle: French B2 proficiency in addition to IELTS 6. Scholarship criteria remain identical, but the interview is bilingual.

India-Specific Scholarships at Paris School of Business

PSB does not run an India-only scholarship pool. Indian nationals compete on the same merit criteria as every other international candidate.

ScholarshipAmount for Indian ApplicantsLevelNotes
PSB Merit Award (open to Indians)Up to EUR 2,000 (INR 1.92 Lakhs) at PG; up to EUR 1,000 (INR 96,000) at UGBachelor, MSc, Grande École, MBASame criteria as the global merit pool; no India quota
Charpak Master’s Scholarship (Campus France India)Around EUR 700 per month for up to 10 months (INR 6.72 Lakhs total), plus visa fee waiver, CVEC waiver, and residence permit fee waiverMaster’s onlyIndia-passport applicants under age 30, admitted to any French Master’s including a PSB programme
National Overseas Scholarship (Government of India)Tuition plus maintenance up to USD 15,400 per yearMaster’s / PhDReserved for SC, ST, DNT, and landless labourer categories; separate application to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment

The Charpak scheme is the highest-value route for Indian Master’s students at PSB. It covers Paris living costs rather than tuition, so it stacks cleanly with the institutional Merit award.

Reddit Insight: Indian users on r/IndiansAbroad flag that Charpak reviewers favour candidates who have already secured admission at a triple-accredited school like PSB, since it removes doubt about the host institution’s quality.

Paris School of Business PhD Scholarships

PSB runs a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), a 3-year executive doctorate priced at EUR 30,500 (INR 29.28 Lakhs) in total. The programme does not publish a broad institutional PhD scholarship.

Funding RouteAmountEligibilityNotes
Corporate Sponsorship (most common for the PSB DBA)Full or partial fees, funded by the employerMid-to-senior managers whose employers back doctoral work aligned to business impactSponsorship confirmation is verified inside the DBA application file
Eiffel Excellence Doctoral Track (French MEAE)EUR 1,400 per month (INR 1.34 Lakhs) for up to 12 months, plus flights, insurance, and a cultural allowancePhD candidates below age 35; PSB files the nomination with the MinistryInstitutional nomination only; the student cannot apply directly
Individual Research GrantsCase-specificDBA candidates whose thesis aligns with an active PSB research centre projectDiscussed with the thesis director on admission

Indian DBA aspirants at PSB typically fund the programme through employer sponsorship, as the cohort targets working senior professionals. Full-time research-track funding is rare for this doctorate.

External Government Scholarships for Paris School of Business Applicants

Three France-funded and one India-funded scheme materially reduce the cost of studying at PSB for Indian nationals.

Reddit Insight: Indian Charpak recipients on r/Indians_StudyAbroad advise applying by mid-March, since Campus France India processes files in order of receipt and the pool for management schools like PSB fills quickly.

Stacking mechanics matter more than headline amounts. The rules that shape total funding for an Indian PSB student:

  • Charpak stipend plus PSB Merit award: allowed, and the standard route to maximise cash support.
  • Eiffel award plus any second French-government scholarship: not permitted; Eiffel awardees must choose one.
  • Erasmus+ plus PSB Merit: allowed, provided exchange-semester rules from the partner institution are respected.
  • National Overseas Scholarship plus PSB Merit: allowed; the two schemes have no overlap in funder terms.

Paris School of Business Scholarships: Frequently Asked Questions

Ques. What is the maximum scholarship funding an Indian student can stack at Paris School of Business?

Ans. An Indian MSc student can combine two schemes for the strongest package. The PSB Merit award pays EUR 2,000 (INR 1.92 Lakhs), and the Charpak stipend adds EUR 7,000 (INR 6.72 Lakhs) across 10 months. Total support reaches around INR 8.64 Lakhs, which offsets up to 45% of the top MSc 90 ECTS tuition. Eiffel recipients cannot double-dip with Charpak, so this stack has a ceiling.

Ques. When should I apply for scholarship consideration for the September 2026 intake?

Ans. Submit a complete admission file by early April 2026 for the strongest shot at both admission and merit funding. PSB uses rolling admissions, so larger scholarship budgets deplete as the cycle progresses. Interviews are typically scheduled within 2 weeks of a complete file, and decisions on both admission and merit awards land in the same offer letter.

Ques. How do I apply for the PSB Merit Scholarship, and is it a separate form?

Ans. The PSB Merit award is not a separate application. Every admitted candidate is considered automatically during the admission review. Applicants should still highlight specific academic achievements, competitions, or leadership evidence inside the motivation letter to signal readiness for the award to the panel.

Ques. Is the Charpak Master’s Scholarship realistic for an Indian PSB applicant?

Ans. Yes. Charpak is one of the more accessible French-government stipends for Indian Master’s students. Campus France India awards it to Indian nationals under age 30 who hold admission at any French institution, and PSB’s triple accreditation (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) strengthens the file. The stipend covers rent and food across 10 months in Paris but does not touch tuition.

Ques. Does a PSB scholarship plus stipend cover the cost of living in Paris?

Ans. Paris living costs run around EUR 1,200 to EUR 1,500 per month for an international student (INR 1.15 to 1.44 Lakhs). The Charpak monthly stipend of EUR 700 (INR 67,200) covers roughly half of rent plus utilities. Students may also work up to 964 hours per year at the French minimum wage, adding around EUR 11,700 (INR 11.23 Lakhs) if part-time work is maintained alongside coursework.

Ques. Can DBA candidates at Paris School of Business access institutional scholarships?

Ans. PSB does not publish a standalone DBA scholarship for its 3-year Doctorate in Business Administration priced at EUR 30,500 (INR 29.28 Lakhs) in total. Most Indian DBA candidates fund the programme through employer sponsorship, as the cohort targets working senior managers. A minority route in through the Eiffel Excellence Doctoral track, which requires institutional nomination by PSB rather than direct student application.

  • I searched for an accomodation after reaching Paris. The monthly rent for my studio was 900 euros. I was leaving alone in a 19m2 studio in Ivry Sur Seine, which was a Suburb just near Paris.
  • My studio included washroom, kitchen and my rent included water and heating bills. It was a student residence with a common kitchen, laundry, gym, gaming room and community room for gatherings.

The best way is to ask your respected accommodation officer in your college, there will be an accommodation officer allocated in every college. They'll guide you. If that doesn't work go for local student portals. Be aware even I got into a scam last minute!
