Munich Business School charges €25,740 (₹28.03 Lakhs) for the M.A. International Business over 18 months. The Bachelor in International Business Administration runs €44,940 (₹48.93 Lakhs) across 7 semesters. The MBA General Management Full-time is €32,000 (₹34.84 Lakhs) for 12 months, reduced to €28,000 (₹30.49 Lakhs) with the current €4,000 discount. Most Indian applicants target the M.A. International Business, the M.A. Sports Business and Communication, or the 12-month MBA.
Your realistic entry is the February 2027 intake. The September 2026 window has closed for new Indian applicants because the German student visa pipeline plus APS certificate needs 4 months minimum. The MBA January 2027 track remains open with the non-EU deadline of 31 October 2026.
The full M.A. International Business budget with Munich living of ₹18.79 Lakhs per year totals about ₹57.83 Lakhs. The 7-semester Bachelor pushes to around ₹1.16 Crore end-to-end. Exchange rate: 1 EUR = ₹108.88, sourced from xe.com on 28 July 2026.
February 2027 Intake: Planning Cycle
Intake: Bachelor and Master February 2027 applications are open; the Bachelor deadline is 15 December 2026 and the Master deadline falls in January 2027. MBA seats are open for January 2027 (non-EU deadline 31 October 2026), then September 2027. The September 2026 start is not workable for new Indian applicants because the German student visa needs at least 4 months and the APS certificate adds 3-4 weeks.
Fee update: The 2026 schedule applies through the February 2027 intake, €1,070 (₹1.17 Lakhs) per month for the Bachelor and €1,430 (₹1.56 Lakhs) per month for the Master. The MBA carries a live €4,000 (₹4.36 Lakhs) tuition discount, cutting full-time cost to €28,000 (₹30.49 Lakhs).
When to pay: A €1,990 (₹2.17 Lakhs) deposit is due on signing the study contract to lock the seat and start the visa process. Full instalment mechanics and the step-by-step transfer route live in the Tuition Deposit and Payment Options section.
Scholarships: MBS Explorer, BEST, and Bavarian awards remain open on rolling auto-assessment, and MBA Stipendium awards (Global Thinker, Responsible Leader, Smart Entrepreneur) close alongside the intake deadlines. External Indian awards Inlaks, JN Tata, and KC Mahindra reopen in early 2027 for the September 2027 cycle.

Note: The €1,990 (₹2.17 Lakhs) contract deposit is not an additional charge, it is offset against your first semester tuition. Only the €1,490 (₹1.62 Lakhs) non-EU enrolment fee and the €60 (₹6,533) application fee are true add-ons for Indian students beyond the tuition figure.
Munich Business School does not publish an archive of past tuition tables. Year-over-year comparison relies on the current schedule and the university’s stated per-month price ladder for the 2026 fee cycle.

Key Insight: Book the February 2027 intake at the current €1,070 (₹1.17 Lakhs) per month Bachelor rate or €1,430 (₹1.56 Lakhs) per month Master rate before MBS refreshes its price list ahead of the September 2027 cycle. Signing the €1,990 (₹2.17 Lakhs) contract deposit anchors your semester rate for the full 7-semester Bachelor or 3-semester Master run.

Note: The German student visa requires a blocked account of €11,904 (₹12.96 Lakhs) for one year, released at €992 per month. This is your own money for living costs, not an additional MBS fee.
Room prices swing more than any other line item. A Studierendenwerk München seat is €280 to €450 (₹30,486 to ₹48,996) per month, while a private studio in central Munich runs €1,200 (₹1.31 Lakhs) or more. Applying to student housing on the day you accept your MBS offer typically saves ₹7 Lakhs per year over private renting.
Currency Tip: Your first tuition instalment falls due at enrolment for the February 2027 intake. Use a forex card or the MBS-integrated Fintiba transfer for both the deposit and the blocked account, saving 2 to 3 percent on wire fees over a standard SBI or HDFC bank remittance.

The full 18-month M.A. adds a second-year tuition slice of €8,580 (₹9.34 Lakhs) plus 6 more months of living at ₹9.40 Lakhs, taking the whole-programme total to about ₹57.83 Lakhs. A ₹50 Lakh education loan against this at 10.5% over 10 years costs roughly ₹65,000 to ₹70,000 per month EMI.
Key Insight: Filing your February 2027 Master application before 15 October 2026 pulls in the €1,000 (₹1.09 Lakhs) Early Bird discount and combines with an MBS Explorer or BEST scholarship for a total ₹5.44 Lakhs off tuition, bringing your Year 1 out-of-pocket to ₹33.66 Lakhs.
Munich Business School offers university scholarships covering 10 to 50 percent of the first two semesters, capped at €4,000 (₹4.36 Lakhs) for Master students and €6,180 (₹6.73 Lakhs) for Bachelor students. External Indian scholarships add another ₹5 to ₹85 Lakhs on top.

Tip for Indian Students: For the February 2027 intake, target the MBS Explorer or BEST scholarship along with the €1,000 (₹1.09 Lakhs) Early Bird by applying before 15 October 2026. Combined, these knock ₹5.44 Lakhs off first-year tuition, and neither award requires the external Indian scholarship March 2027 window.
The Munich Business School deposit is €1,990 (₹2.17 Lakhs) paid on signing the study contract. It secures your seat, unlocks your admission letter for the German student visa, and is fully offset against your first semester tuition instalment.
The Bachelor tuition splits into 12 monthly instalments of €1,070 (₹1.17 Lakhs) or 2 semester lumps of €6,420 (₹6.99 Lakhs). The Master splits into 18 monthly instalments of €1,430 (₹1.56 Lakhs) or 3 semester lumps of €8,580 (₹9.34 Lakhs). MBA Full-time pays across 12 months at €2,333 (₹2.54 Lakhs) monthly, or in 2 semester lumps of €14,000 (₹15.24 Lakhs) with the current discount.

Tip for Indian Students: Fintiba blocked account funding usually takes 5 to 8 working days from India via SWIFT, and the German consulate needs the Fintiba confirmation letter before your visa slot is confirmed. Start the transfer at least 3 weeks before your target VFS visa date to protect your January 2027 or February 2027 intake start.
For the February 2027 intake, the APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) certificate takes 3 to 4 weeks and costs ₹18,000 to ₹22,000. Process it as soon as MBS issues the admission letter to keep the visa timeline on track.
Budget approximately ₹2 to ₹3 Lakhs for first-year hidden costs beyond MBS tuition and monthly living.
Note: The line families most often miss is the blocked account itself. €11,904 (₹12.96 Lakhs) must sit in your Fintiba account before the consulate accepts your visa file, released back to you at €992 per month across your first year. Plan the LRS transfer from India well before your VFS appointment.
The most urgent lever for a February 2027 start is the €1,000 (₹1.09 Lakhs) Early Bird discount, which requires application by 15 October 2026.
Tip for Indian Students: For the February 2027 intake, the single highest-value lever is submitting your MBS Master application before 15 October 2026 to lock the €1,000 (₹1.09 Lakhs) Early Bird alongside auto-assessment for the MBS Explorer or BEST scholarships worth up to €4,000 (₹4.36 Lakhs). This combined ₹5.44 Lakhs saving beats waiting for the March 2027 Inlaks or JN Tata external cycle if you plan to enter this intake.
The Master in International Business at ₹57.83 Lakhs total pays back in 3 to 4 years, given typical MBS graduate starting salaries of €55,000 to €75,000 (₹59.88 to ₹81.66 Lakhs) in Munich’s finance, consulting, and BMW / Siemens corporate track.
MBS is state-accredited under the Bavarian Ministry of Culture and awards full ECTS credit recognised across every EU employer. Munich’s Bavarian economy hosts BMW, Allianz, Siemens, Munich Re, and a dense startup scene, giving MBS graduates direct access to the sixth-largest German metro job market. The programme is delivered in 100 percent English at Master level, so no German language proficiency is required at admission.
The 18-month German Post-Study Job Seeker Visa currently in force lets an MBS Master graduate stay to look for work, converting to a full work visa or EU Blue Card at the €58,400 (₹63.59 Lakhs) salary threshold that MBS graduates typically clear. Against a ₹50 Lakh education loan, monthly EMI of ₹65,000 to ₹70,000 sits comfortably inside a Munich take-home of ₹5 to ₹6 Lakhs per month during the first 3 years post-graduation.
Key Insight: Net of a €4,000 (₹4.36 Lakhs) MBS scholarship and €1,000 (₹1.09 Lakhs) Early Bird for the February 2027 Master intake, effective all-in cost falls to ₹52.39 Lakhs against a ₹60 to ₹80 Lakh first-year Munich salary, giving payback in under 3 years even without side income during study.
Munich Business School’s February 2027 intake sits at ₹28.03 Lakhs (Master) or ₹48.93 Lakhs (Bachelor) in tuition, plus about ₹18.79 Lakhs annually in Munich living costs. A combined MBS Explorer scholarship and Early Bird cuts ₹5.44 Lakhs off first-year tuition, and an education loan of ₹50 Lakhs carries an EMI of about ₹65,000 to ₹70,000 per month. Lock the €1,990 (₹2.17 Lakhs) contract deposit before the 15 October 2026 Early Bird window closes, then start the Fintiba blocked account and APS certificate within 3 weeks so the January or February 2027 visa slot holds.

Course is well structured and well planned with you getting great exposure of different courses such as Finance, Marketing, Innovation etc. Each week you have to do a presentation in front of class, which helps to build your confidence and also learn skills.
You can gain lots of knowledge from the Industry wide Professors at MBS, one of the biggest advantage is that the small number of class, which makes interaction to be active always and professor have time to listen to you.
