AIIMS Delhi PhD Entrance Exam Result 2025 (July Session) on October 9 @aiimsexams.ac.in

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, is conducting the admission process for its PhD programme for the July 2025 session. The entrance test for the programme was successfully held on September 27, 2025, in online Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across Delhi/NCR centres.

According to the official admission schedule, the result of the written entrance examination will be declared on October 9, 2025. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for the Departmental Assessment, scheduled for October 17, 2025. The final result will be announced on October 31, 2025, and the last date for joining the PhD programme is November 22, 2025.

For the July 2025 session, AIIMS Delhi has advertised approximately 90 seats across more than 30 departments, encompassing a wide range of specialisations, including clinical sciences, basic sciences, paramedical sciences, public health, biotechnology, and allied disciplines. Seats are divided into two categories - “Funds Available” and “Own Fellowship”. Each department specifies its eligibility criteria, research areas, and project requirements.

Candidates who appeared for the written examination are advised to regularly check the official AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.ac.in for updates and results. No individual communication will be sent by post or telephone. Any clarifications can be raised through the “MyPage” portal using the “Raise a Query” option.
