AIIMS INI SS Result 2025 Released for Session January 2026

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has published the INI SS Result 2025 for the January 2026 session on December 1. The results have been released online for DM and MCh courses, and candidates can now download their result PDF from the official website. The exam was conducted on November 22 across all participating INIs, and the merit list includes details such as AML rank, marks, category, and applied speciality.

According to the official PDF, 37 candidates qualified under the sponsored category, while 6 candidates qualified as foreign nationals, indicating a diverse representation across participating institutions.

Specialities with no qualified candidates

The result PDF shows that multiple super-speciality courses received no qualified candidates this year. These include:

DM in Neuropathology
DM in Clinical Physiology
DM in Pediatric Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology
DM in Musculoskeletal Radiology

These observations reflect the competitive and highly demanding nature of these niche medical specialities.

Specialities with no applicants

AIIMS also mentioned that no applications were submitted for the following courses:

DM in Forensic Psychiatry
MCh in Renal Transplant Surgery

This trend has been seen in previous cycles as well, where ultra-specialized fields attract fewer applicants.

Candidates who made it to the merit list must register for the online counselling round and fill their choices based on institute and speciality preferences. Seat allotment will be done according to the Common Merit List (CML) and AIIMS Merit List (AML), considering the availability of seats across all participating institutions.

Institutes will separately notify the reporting dates and document requirements through email to shortlisted candidates.
