How to Modify Web Options on August 20?

APSCHE has kept August 20, 2026 as the modification day. Candidates can rearrange, add, or delete options entered earlier. No fresh options can be added after this window closes.

Log in, open the saved option list, and edit as needed. Save the final list before the day ends. The seat allotment engine will use only the last saved version.

Why This Matters

AP EAPCET is the main state route for pharmacy and biotech seats. BiPC candidates rely on this process for government and private college admissions. Missing the option modification window can shrink your allotment chances.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Log in at cap.apcfss.in using your AP EAPCET credentials.
  2. Complete document verification at the Help Line Centre if pending.
  3. Enter and prioritise web options for your preferred colleges and courses.
  4. Modify or lock your final option list by August 23, 2026.
  5. Download the saved option list as a backup copy.
  6. Check the Phase 1 seat allotment result on August 27, 2026.
  7. Report to the allotted college between August 28, 2026.
