AP EAPCET 2026 MPC Stream Phase 3 Counselling Registration Begins; Check Last Date to Apply

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has opened the AP Engineering Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2026 MPC stream Phase 3 counselling registration at cap.apcfss.in. This is the third and final counselling phase for MPC candidates. It covers B.E. and B.Tech seats for the 2026-27 academic year.

The registration and fee payment window closes on September 11, 2026. Candidates who missed earlier rounds can now secure a seat. The final seat allotment will be released on September 16, 2026.

AP EAPCET Phase 3 Counselling Processing Fee

Candidates must pay the counselling processing fee online. Payment is accepted through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. The processing fee is non-refundable once the registration is submitted.

Documents Required for Certificate Verification

Candidates must keep the following documents ready in scanned form for upload during registration.

• AP EAPCET 2026 hall ticket and rank card
• SSC and Intermediate marks memos
• Study certificate covering Classes 6 to Intermediate
• Transfer certificate from the last institution attended
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Income certificate issued by Meeseva
• EWS certificate, if applicable
• Residence or nativity certificate of Andhra Pradesh

Candidates should follow the steps below to complete Phase 3 registration.

1. Visit the official portal at cap.apcfss.in.
2. Click on the AP EAPCET 2026 Phase 3 registration link.
3. Enter your EAPCET hall ticket number and rank details.
4. Pay the processing fee online through the accepted modes.
5. Upload the required documents for certificate verification.
6. Enter web options in strict order of preference by September 12.
