The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has opened Phase 1 counselling registration. Candidates who qualified the AP EAPCET 2026 BiPC stream can now apply. The registration process is live at the official CAP portal at cap.apcfss.in.

Phase 1 counselling covers admission to B.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, Biotechnology and Agriculture-related programmes. Registration and fee payment run from August 12 to 17, 2026. The first seat allotment result will be published on August 23, 2026.

How to Register for AP EAPCET 2026 BiPC Counselling?

The registration process is fully online. Candidates need their EAPCET hall ticket, rank card and personal details ready. The steps below explain the flow at the CAP portal.

1. Visit the official portal at cap.apcfss.in.
2. Click on the AP EAPCET 2026 BiPC counselling registration link.
3. Enter your hall ticket number, rank and date of birth.
4. Fill personal, academic and category details as per certificates.
5. Pay the processing fee via net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
6. Download the payment receipt for future reference.

How Does Certificate Verification and Web Options Work?

After payment, candidates must complete certificate verification. This may happen at a Helpline Centre (HLC) or online. Verification decides your eligibility for seat allotment.

Verified candidates can enter web options from August 14 to 19. Web options are the preferred colleges and courses in order of choice. The final chance to change or freeze options is August 20, 2026.
