The Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has released the final seat allotment. It covers the AP NEET UG Competent Authority Quota (CQ) Phase 1 for 2026. The allotment list is live at the official portal drntr.uhsap.in. Allotted MBBS and BDS candidates must now report at their colleges. Reporting completes document verification and admission formalities.
The provisional list was published earlier this week. The window to raise discrepancies has already closed. NTRUHS has now treated the provisional list as final. Candidates can download the allotment order directly from the official portal. The order names the college, course, category, and reporting instructions.

- Printed AP NEET UG Phase 1 allotment order
- NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Class 10 marksheet and pass certificate
- Class 12 marksheet and pass certificate
- Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended
- Six years of study certificates in Andhra Pradesh
- Category, EWS, or PwBD certificate wherever applicable
- Aadhaar card and one government photo ID
- Recent passport-size photographs

How to Download the AP NEET UG Phase 1 Allotment Order?
Candidates must follow these steps on the NTRUHS portal to fetch the allotment order.
- Open drntr.uhsap.in in any browser.
- Click the Admissions or Latest Notifications tab.
- Open the Phase 1 CQ final allotment link for MBBS and BDS.
- Enter the NEET UG roll number and date of birth.
- Download the allotment order and take multiple printouts.
How to Report at the Allotted College?
Reporting is a physical process at the college named in the allotment order. Candidates cannot skip this step or delay it beyond the deadline.
- Reach the allotted college on any working day within the reporting window.
- Submit the allotment order at the admission cell of the college.
- Present originals for verification and hand over the required copies.
- Pay the tuition fee through the mode specified by the college.
- Collect the joining report and keep it safely for future rounds.
Candidates who miss the reporting window lose the allotted seat. The vacancy then moves to the next counselling phase. Timely reporting is the only way to secure the allotted college and course.
