AP OAMDC Phase 2 Option Entry Deadline Extended; Check Steps to Fill Web Options

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has issued a fresh notice extending the Online Admissions Management for Degree Colleges (OAMDC) Phase 2 window. The revised deadline for web option entry is September 25, 2026.

Registered candidates can lock their choices at cap.apcfss.in. The extension covers the second round of state degree admissions and applies to candidates whose certificates have already been verified.

Phase 2 opens seats that remained vacant after the first round of allotments. It also allows fresh candidates who missed Phase 1 to register and apply. Candidates must finalise their web options before the Phase 2 seat allotment.

How to Fill Web Options on cap.apcfss.in?

1. Visit the official AP OAMDC portal at cap.apcfss.in.
2. Click on the Phase 2 candidate login link.
3. Enter your registration number and password to sign in.
4. Select your preferred colleges, courses and medium of instruction.
5. Arrange the choices in order of your preference.
6. Save and lock the final list before the deadline.
7. Download the confirmation slip for future reference.

Who Can Exercise Web Options?

Only registered Phase 2 candidates can access the option entry page. Students must pay the processing fee before login. Certificate verification through the assigned Help Line Centre is mandatory.

Applicants who joined a Phase 1 college cannot register again. Candidates who did not report to their allotted college can enrol afresh in Phase 2. Fresh Class 12 pass-outs can also apply through this phase.

2. Confirm that certificate verification is complete before entering options.
3. Prepare a ranked list of colleges and courses on paper first.
4. Enter and save all preferred options in order of priority.
