AUEET 2026 Phase 3 Web Options Entry Deadline Extended; Check Revised Schedule

The Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University (AU) has extended the last date for the Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) 2026 Phase 3 web options entry. The extension applies to admissions into B.Tech Degree (Self-Support) programs at A.U. College of Engineering. The revised schedule has been issued through the official portal at audoa.andhrauniversity.edu.in.

Candidates who registered for Phase 3 counselling can now exercise, edit, and lock their web options under the new timeline. The extension covers the choice-filling window that was earlier scheduled to close on August 6, 2026. The subsequent seat allotment and reporting dates have been shifted accordingly.

Phase 3 is open to candidates who could not secure a seat in Phase 1 or Phase 2. It is also open to those who wish to try for a better branch or seat.

Who Can Exercise Web Options in Phase 3?

Only candidates who have completed Phase 3 counselling registration are eligible. They must have paid the processing fee and uploaded documents on the portal. The candidate should also have a valid AUEET 2026 rank card and hall ticket.

Eligible categories include:

• Candidates who did not get any seat in Phase 1 or Phase 2.
• Candidates who were allotted a seat but did not report for admission.
• Candidates seeking a better branch through the vacancy round.

How to Fill and Lock AUEET 2026 Phase 3 Web Options?

Follow the steps below on the official portal to submit choices:

• Visit audoa.andhrauniversity.edu.in and click on the AUEET 2026 Phase 3 link.
• Log in using your AUEET hall ticket number and password.
• Open the web options tab and view the list of available branches.
• Add preferred branches in order of priority from highest to lowest.
• Rearrange the priority list carefully before final submission.
• Click on save, then use the freeze or lock option to confirm.
• Download and keep the locked options print-out for your records.

Once options are locked, changes will not be permitted later. Candidates are advised to review the branch order before freezing.

What Happens After the Web Options Deadline?

After the revised deadline, the system will process seat allotment based on rank and preference. The Phase 3 seat allotment result will be published on the same official portal. Allotted candidates must then pay the tuition fee online within the given window.

They must also report to the designated centre with original certificates for verification. Failure to report on time will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
