BCECE LE offers lateral entry to the second year of engineering. It is meant for diploma holders joining B.Tech programmes in Bihar.

Allotted candidates must report for document verification on August 9 and 10, 2026. The assigned nodal centre is listed in the allotment order. The allotment order download window remains open until August 10, 2026.

Candidates can follow these steps to access their seat allotment letter. The process requires the application number and password used earlier.

1. Visit the official BCECEB portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the BCECE LE 2026 Round 2 seat allotment link.
3. Enter the application number, password, and security PIN.
4. Review the allotted college, branch, and reporting centre carefully.
5. Download and print the Round 2 allotment order for reporting.

What Should Candidates Carry for Document Verification?

Candidates must reach the assigned nodal centre with all original documents. They should also carry one set of self-attested photocopies for submission.

• Printed Round 2 allotment order from the BCECEB portal
• BCECE LE 2026 rank card and admit card
• Class 10 marksheet and passing certificate as date of birth proof
• Diploma marksheets of all semesters and passing certificate
• Category or reservation certificate, wherever applicable
• Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority in Bihar
• Recent passport-size photographs matching the application form
• Valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar or PAN card
