Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 3 Counselling Schedule Released; Check Important Dates

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026 Round 3 schedule. The notification is available on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The schedule covers registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and admission dates.

Round 3 is open to candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 and meet the Bihar domicile and category rules. The seats on offer include MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses in government and private colleges across Bihar. The updated seat matrix was uploaded on September 30, 2026.

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 may resign and withdraw on October 1 and 2, 2026. Such withdrawal will lead to forfeiture of the security deposit as per board rules. Fresh and eligible candidates can apply from October 3, 2026.

Who Is Eligible for Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 3?

Only NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates can take part in Round 3. The candidate must also hold a valid Bihar domicile as per state rules. Earlier allotted candidates who did not join must register fresh for Round 3.

Candidates who resigned from an earlier allotted seat during October 1 to 2 can also apply again. Those who are already admitted and wish to upgrade must submit the Round 3 consent form. The consent form window closes on October 6, 2026, at 10:00 PM.

How to Register for Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 3?

Round 3 registration is fully online through the BCECEB portal. Candidates must complete each step before the stated cut-off time.

1. Visit the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the UGMAC 2026 Round 3 registration link.
3. Log in using the existing UGMAC credentials and user ID.
4. Fill the application form and submit the counselling fee online.
5. Download the UGMAC Rank Card once released on October 6, 2026.
6. Fill, edit, and lock preferred college choices by October 7, 2026.

How to Check the Round 3 Seat Allotment Result?

The provisional seat allotment result will be published on October 11, 2026. Candidates can download the allotment order from October 11 to 14, 2026. Document verification and admission at the allotted college will be held on October 13 and 14, 2026.

Candidates must carry original documents and self-attested copies to the allotted college. Required papers include the Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, NEET UG scorecard, Aadhaar, domicile certificate, and category certificate. Failure to report on time will cancel the allotted seat.

2. Complete Round 3 registration and fee payment by October 6, 2026.
3. Download the UGMAC Rank Card on October 6, 2026.
4. Fill, edit, and lock college choices by 11:59 PM on October 7, 2026.

6. Report to the allotted college on October 13 or 14, 2026.
