Round 3 Seat Availability
BCECEB offered 618 vacant MBBS seats and 23 vacant BDS seats in Round 3 of UGMAC 2026 counselling. These seats were spread across government medical and dental colleges in Bihar. Veterinary seats under BVSc were also included in the Round 3 seat matrix.
The vacant seat pool was carved out from Round 1 and Round 2 non-reporting, upgraded, and resigned seats. Round 3 was open to candidates who had cleared NEET UG 2026 and met the Bihar domicile and category eligibility norms.

What Should Allotted Candidates Do Next?
