Bihar UGMAC 2026 Special Stray Round Seat Matrix Released at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in; Check Vacant MBBS and BDS Seats

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026 Special Stray Round seat matrix. The document is available on the official BCECEB portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates can access the seat matrix PDF directly from the counselling section of the website.

The Special Stray Round is the final counselling phase under UGMAC 2026. It covers remaining vacancies in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS courses. Seats being filled are across government and private medical, dental, and AYUSH colleges in Bihar. The round follows the earlier Stray Vacancy Round, whose allotment process ended in late October 2026.

What the Special Stray Round Covers

The Special Stray Round is conducted only when seats remain vacant after the Stray Vacancy Round. Candidates who were not allotted a seat earlier can participate by giving fresh consent. Only candidates registered under UGMAC 2026 and meeting the NEET UG 2026 cut-off remain eligible for this round.

The seat matrix lists vacancies by college, course, and category. Candidates must check their course and category seat count before locking choices. Allotment in this round is final and binding on the admitting institute.

Who Can Participate in the Special Stray Round?

Only candidates who registered for UGMAC 2026 and remain unallotted can take part. Those who were allotted a seat earlier but did not join are usually barred. Candidates must have a valid NEET UG 2026 scorecard and must meet the state domicile and category norms.
