As per the latest notice issued on January 2, 2026, eligible candidates can register, submit willingness, and fill fresh course preferences for MD/MS admissions.

The round is open to all registered candidates, including those allotted seats earlier. The authority has also clarified strict joining, forfeiture, and resignation rules applicable in this round.

All candidates registered with CENTAC, including those allotted or not allotted seats in Round 1 or Round 2, are eligible to participate in Round 3 counselling without any restriction.
