Who Can Participate in NEET PG Round 2 Counselling?
The second round is open to:
- New eligible candidates applying for the first time
- Previously registered candidates who were not allotted a seat
- Round 1 admitted candidates seeking upgradation, subject to mandatory consent on the portal
Candidates declared ineligible as per the PG Admission Rules 2025 will not be allowed to participate in further rounds.

- Fresh institute selection is mandatory for all previously registered candidates
- Earlier choices have been automatically nullified
- Candidates shifting from government to private colleges must pay the additional registration fee difference
