The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha (CHSE) has announced the results for class 12 science today i.e., August 12, 2020.
As per the reports, 97,377 students appeared in the <table class="table table-striped style_table">disha class 12 science exam out of which 70.21% passed. While In 2019, 72% of students had passed.
A total of 38,301 boys and 30,073 girls of the 97,377 students have passed this year, bringing the total number of passed students to 68,374.
Students can check their results on the official website chseodisha.nic.in and orissaresults.nic.in.
Toppers of CHSE Odisha 2020 Class 12 Science Stream

Comparison between CHSE Odisha 2019 & CHSE Odisha 2020 Class 12 Science Stream
As compared to last year, there has been a slight decrease in the overall pass percentage of students. A detailed comparison between both year results has been shown below.

As per the statistics, Nayagarh district registered the highest pass percentage of 86.51% while Jharsuguda recorded the lowest at 40.71%
Furthermore, 20 higher secondary schools had 100% results. On the other hand, 15 higher secondary schools not a single student managed to pass.
Result of Arts and Commerce Stream
The school and mass education minister Samir Ranjan Das declared the science CHSE Odisha Class 12 results through video conferencing.
He has also informed that the results of higher secondary Arts and commerce stream will be announced in the third and last week of August respectively. Students will be able to check the results through online and SMS when it will be declared.
