COMEDK BArch Round 4 Cutoff 2026 Released at comedk.org; Check Fee Payment Deadline

The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the BArch Round 4 cutoff. The Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) closing ranks were published on September 9, 2026. Candidates can check the list on the official portal at comedk.org.

The Round 4 allotment result went live at 4 PM. The published document lists college-wise and category-wise closing ranks. It covers all participating architecture institutes under COMEDK counselling.

Allotted candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee online. The payment window closes at 12 noon on September 11, 2026. The physical reporting deadline is 3 PM on the same day.

What Round 4 Allottees Must Do?

Round 4 is the final round of BArch counselling for 2026. Candidates are grouped into three categories. Each category carries different rules for the allotted seat.

First-time Round 4 allottees have two choices. They can Accept and Freeze the seat. They can also Reject and Withdraw from counselling. The Reject and Withdraw option removes them from further allotment.

Reject and Upgrade candidates had earlier rejected a seat. They now must join the newly allotted college. Non-reporting is not an option for this category.

Accept and Upgrade candidates had earlier accepted a seat. They opted for an upgrade in Round 4. If upgraded, they can only accept the new seat. They cannot revert to the earlier allotted college.

The penalty for non-reporting is heavy. Candidates forfeit the entire counselling fee paid. They also pay a fine equal to five times the fee amount.

Fee Payment and Reporting Process

Allotted candidates must complete two steps to confirm the seat. The first step is online fee payment through the login portal. The second step is physical reporting at the allotted college.

Payment is accepted through net banking, debit card, or credit card. UPI payment is also available on the COMEDK portal. Candidates should save the fee receipt for use at reporting.

At the college, candidates must carry the allotment letter. The paid fee receipt and original academic documents are also required. Missing the reporting window leads to forfeiture of the allotted seat.

The cutoff ranks are hosted on the COMEDK website in PDF format. Candidates should follow the steps listed below.

1. Visit the official website at comedk.org.
2. Click on the BArch Round 4 cutoff notification link on the homepage.
3. Open the PDF titled Architecture Cut-off Ranks After Round 4 Allotment.
4. Search for the desired college and category in the file.
5. Note the closing rank and save the PDF for reference.

Important Rule on Seat Cancellation

COMEDK has clarified a strict rule for Round 4 candidates. No seat cancellation option is available during or after Round 4. Any candidate allotted a seat must join that college.

This rule applies to all three categories of Round 4 candidates. The cancellation window was available only until Round 3 closed. Students must therefore choose their preferences with full commitment.

Action Plan for Candidates

1. Log in to your COMEDK account and check the Round 4 allotment status.
2. Download the allotment letter from the candidate login portal.
3. Pay the seat acceptance fee online before 12 noon on September 11, 2026.
4. Keep original documents ready, including the allotment letter and fee receipt.
5. Report to the allotted architecture college before 3 PM on September 11, 2026.
