DHE Haryana commences UG Admission 2020; Application window open till September 21, 2020

Haryana’s Department of Higher Education (DHE) has announced that eligible candidates can now apply online for admission to various UG courses. 

The candidates are now invited to apply for admission across self-financed and government-aided colleges across the state for the upcoming academic year. Admissions are open for UG courses including BA, B.Com, and B.Sc. 

Important Dates for UG Admission 2020

Online Admissions Opened  September 7, 2020
Last day for Submission of Admission Form September 21, 2020
Verification of Documents September 22-25, 2020
Announcement of First Merit List September 26, 2020
Announcement of Second Merit List September 30, 2020
Fee Submission and Confirmation October 1-5, 2020
Academic Session Begins October 6, 2020

Candidates who have passed 10+2 Higher Secondary Examinations in relevant subjects are eligible to appy for admission to UG courses. Candidates from science stream (PCM, PCB) should have cleared SC Examinations with an aggregate of 50% to be eligible for admission. 

Haryana DHE UG Admission 2020; How to Apply?

  • Eligible candidates can visit the admission portal of the official website here at https://dheadmissions.nic.in/  
  • This link will direct candidates to the portal where they can log in and access an integrated admission form 
  • The admission form will allow the candidate to apply for a maximum of 5 courses at multiple colleges in Haryana at the same time. 

Once the application process is complete, the candidates will be shortlisted for admission and allotment on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination. Upon selection, the candidates will be required to pay the admission fee in online mode to confirm their admission. However, the college has the authority to cancel the admission if documents are found to be illegitimate.
