Mr Rahul is the Director of Knowledge Nation Law Center, New Delhi. He is a talented young awardee, author of many books, educator and mentor. He has the aim of helping aspiring students become advocates and judges working for the Indian Judiciary system. The Knowledge Nation Law Centre teaches 50 students for free every year, as a part of the social responsibility causes.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“My strengths as a leader are effective delegation and communication”

I always try to delegate tasks to whoever is best equipped to perform well and communicate clearly about what needs to be done. Taking more time to communicate effectively at the beginning of the project, and delegating properly, ends up saving time as a project advances.

How effective is the coaching style at Knowledge Nation for students?

“Regular personal monitoring, encouragement and test series”

Personalized attention to every student is essential. It helps us understand their grasping power and learning capabilities. The primary key to success is to make the student feel comfortable and motivating him/her to speak.

Additionally, the Worksheet solving program has provided a much-needed boost to the candidates. Also, the test series is the most important part of the curriculum.

What do you think should be Knowledge Nation’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“Maintain the legacy of being a top-ranked CLAT and LLB Coaching institute”

Knowledge Nation Law Centre wants to maintain its rank 1 in the category of CLAT and LLB Coaching. As a passionate teacher, imparting quality education to the students has been my utmost priority. Also, promoting academic excellence and social inclusion.

What has been your vision for the institute?

“Enable aspiring students with the toolkit to crack the toughest law entrance exams”

Our mission is to provide the best coaching to students wishing to clear the law entrance exams. Also, to instil in them the values that make them differentiate between right and wrong in the pursuit of their passion. We wish to make law aspirants accomplish their career goals and bring about a change in the functioning of the judiciary and the legal system.

What would you like people to know about your institute they may not know?

“Exclusively formed to cater the needs of law aspiring students”

Knowledge Nation Law Centre is tailor-made only for law entrance exams. It is ranked at number 1 in the category for coaching of CLAT and DU.LLB. It is located in New Delhi and has the maximum number of selections from a single educational institute in North India.

What are the biggest challenges for higher education?

“Lack of project-based learning and a need to upgrade curriculum”

The major challenges of higher education are mentioned below:

A gap in Supply and Demand - India’s gross enrollment rate (GER) is just 19% which is not good. GER is 6% below the world average and at least 50% lesser than developed world like UK and US.
Mushrooming of Low-Quality Institutes - Mushrooming of low-quality institutes all over the country is not good for higher education. These new colleges lack capacity and they are all about fleecing money from students and their parents.
No Project-Based Learning - Higher education lacks project-based learning. Young graduates need to learn new skills especially vocational skills that can give them a job.
