Candidates can view their allotment status in two ways. The portal offers both a rank-wise and an institute-wise result document.
- Visit the official website at medadmgujarat.org.
- Open the Round 2 allotment notice on the homepage.
- Click on the merit-wise or institute-wise result PDF.
- Search using your NEET UG roll number or merit rank.
- Save and print a copy for reporting purposes.
How to Confirm Admission After the Round 2 Allotment?
Admission confirmation involves two mandatory steps for every allotted candidate. Both actions must be finished before the September 19 cutoff.
First, candidates must pay the prescribed tuition fee at the designated HDFC Bank branches. Only fees paid at these specified branches will be recognised. Second, students must report physically at their assigned Help Centre with all original documents.
Documents Required at the Help Centre
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
- Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
- School leaving certificate from the last institution
- Gujarat domicile or nativity certificate
- Category and non-creamy layer certificates where applicable
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-sized photographs
- HDFC Bank tuition fee payment receipt
- Printed Round 2 allotment letter from the portal
Upgradation and Cancellation Options
Round 2 candidates may opt for seat upgradation during reporting. This option lets them contest for a better seat in the mop-up round. The current Round 2 seat remains locked until upgradation results are declared.
Candidates who wish to exit must submit a cancellation request through the portal. Cancellation must be completed within the reporting window itself.
Missing the September 19 deadline forfeits the allotted seat. The committee does not entertain late reporting requests. Students who skip reporting also lose eligibility for the mop-up round.
