ACPUGMEC Gujarat has extended the Round 3 reporting deadline for NEET UG 2026 MBBS and BDS admissions. Candidates can now complete fee payment and document submission until October 16 at designated help centres across the state.
The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Education Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has extended the Round 3 reporting schedule for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 counselling. The notice is available on the official portal at medadmgujarat.org. Eligible non-reporting candidates can now complete tuition fee payment and document submission within the revised window.
The extension follows the official notice numbered U-11011/07/2026-MEC, dated October 14, 2026. It applies to candidates allotted MBBS and BDS seats in Government and Self-Financed Medical and Dental Colleges for the 2026-27 academic session.

Candidates must complete each activity within the revised time slots given below. Missing any window may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

Who Is Eligible for the Extension?
The extended window is open to all eligible non-reporting candidates allotted a seat in Round 3. These candidates had not confirmed their allotment within the earlier deadline of October 14, 2026. The committee has granted them a final chance to accept the allotted seat.
Candidates who have already reported and paid fees need not act again. The extension does not apply to new allotments or to candidates skipped by the system.
Documents and Fee Requirements
Candidates must carry all original documents to the designated Help Centres. Photocopies will also be collected for verification records.

- School Leaving Certificate
- Domicile certificate of Gujarat
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Aadhaar card and passport-size photographs
- Fee payment receipt from HDFC Bank
Tuition fees must be paid only through the online portal or at designated HDFC Bank branches. Payments made through other channels will not be accepted.

Follow the steps below to confirm the Round 3 allotted seat within the revised deadline.
- Visit the official portal at medadmgujarat.org.
- Log in using the registered credentials.
- Download the provisional allotment letter for Round 3.
- Pay the tuition fee online or at a designated HDFC Bank branch.
- Visit the assigned Help Centre with originals for document submission.
- Collect the admission confirmation slip after verification.
Round 3 is typically the last structured counselling stage for Gujarat state quota MBBS and BDS seats. A missed reporting slot usually means losing the allotted seat with no second chance in this round.
