HBSE 10th Results 2020 to be released after science exam, Know Why

Haryana Board of School Education Haryana (HBSE) was supposed to release the HBSE Class 10th Results 2020 on June 8, 2020.

However, after conducting an urgent meeting the Haryana Board decided to postpone the discharge of HBSE 10th results until July. The Haryana Board revealed that the HBSE 10th Results 2020 would be released only after the Science paper is conducted. The HBSE Chairman, Jagbir Singh confirmed the news regarding the cancellation of the discharge of the HBSE 10th results 2020. Mr Singh said, "We decide to conduct the science subject exam at the top of June after approval from the government. We may have another 20 days for declaration of the results after conducting the science subject exam."

The sudden news regarding the postponement of the HBSE 10th Results 2020 release date disappointed lakhs of students who were expected to see their Haryana 10th board exam results on June 8, 2020.

The Haryana Board earlier stated that the 10th board results would be released on June 8, 2020 on the official website bseh.org.in. The board, allegedly, took a U-turn on its decision after the government's intervention.

It had been earlier decided that the Haryana board would release HBSE 10th Results 2020 just for subjects that the 10th board exams were conducted before the imposition of the COVID-19 lockdown. 

HBSE Class 10 students, please be informed that the pending examination for Science would be conducted in July 2020 by Haryana Board.

Earlier the board informed its decision to grade the students and award them average marks for the science paper which was postponed due to coronavirus. Now, the 10th board results would be announced only after the Science paper is conducted. 

Talking about the problems that the discharge of HBSE 10th Results 2020 before the conduction of Science exam can create, Jagbir Singh said, "For example, a student succeeds in getting admission during a polytechnic on the idea of results announced (evaluation to be done of only four subjects).

However, after the science subject examination, another student may stake claim to the seat while securing higher numbers in total. To avoid these issues and release a standard merit list, we've decided to declare the results directly ."

Also, not all students got to appear for the science examination. According to the official statement, only the students who wish to take up the science stream (PCM or PCB) need appear for the science examination.

Other students, who wish to enhance their score, may appear for the examination also in July 2020. According to an official notification released by HBSE, the pending papers for HBSE 10th Board Exams 2020 and HBSE 12th Board Exams 2020 would be conducted from July 1, 2020 to July 15, 2020.

Haryana Board declared that revised HBSE 10th Date Sheet 2020 and HBSE 12th Date Sheet 2020 are going to be released 10 days before the conduction of HBSE 10th Board Exams 2020 and HBSE 12th Exams 2020.

According to the HBSE 10th Date Sheet 2020 and HBSE 12th Date Sheet 2020 released earlier, the HBSE Class 10 exams were scheduled between March 4, 2020 and March 27, 2020 and therefore the 12th board exams for HBSE were scheduled between March 3, 2020 and March 31, 2020.

For the nonce, 10th board Results 2020 for all the students wouldn't be announced. there's no update on the Haryana Open School, HOS results, which also are usually released by HBSE alongside the category 10 results for normal students. The examinations were conducted alongside regular students in March 2020.

However, the HBSE 12th Results 2020 are going to be released after the conduction of the HBSE 12th Board Exams 2020 for Banking and Automobile, Chemistry, Computer Science, Public Administrator, Geography, ITIS, History, bioscience, Agriculture, Psychology, Sanskrit, Urdu, Biotechnology, politics, Hindustani Music, Philosophy, Sociology or Entrepreneurship, Stenographer, IT and ITES.
