HP Board Revaluation Result (Announced): Check Latest Updates, Marksheet, and Supplementary Exam

HPBOSE 2020 results for class 10 and 12 have been released on June 9,2020 and June 18,2020 respectively. Candidates can check the result online on the official website of HP Board by entering the board roll number. The results for class 12 are based on four subjects instead of 5 and the marks of the fifth subject have been mentioned by the analysis of internal examinations. Around 76% and 68% candidates passed in the class 12 and class 10 board examinations respectively.

• Total number of female candidates were 42898 in which around 34215 candidates passed in the higher secondary examination

HP Board Result 2020 Important Dates

The students who appeared for the 10th and 12th exams were waiting eagerly to check their results. The date of declaration of results were delayed due to the nationwide lockdown amid the novel coronavirus. 

How to check HPBOSE Class 12 Result 2020?

Himachal Pradesh Board class 12 results have been declared online on the official website. Students can check the results by following the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the official website

• Click on ‘result and then click on ‘HP Board class 12 result’

• Enter the board roll number mentioned in the admit card

• Click on submit and download the result

HP Board Class 12 Result 2020 Statistics

Around 86633 candidates appeared for HP Board class 12 examination 2020. Nearly 65842 candidates passed in the examination and the overall pass percentage was around 76.07%. Prakash Kumar from Science stream emerged as the overall topper of HP Board with 99.4% marks. In arts stream Shruti Kashyap secured the highest marks which was 98.2%. The result in commerce stream was at third rank with 97.6% secured by Megha Gupta. Two candidates scored 486 marks and both were at 4th rank. Unfortunately, 11017 students failed in the exam and 9391 students have to appear in the supplementary examination. 

HPBOSE Class 10 Result 2020 Statistics

Around 104336 candidates appeared in Himachal Pradesh Class 10 board examination in which 70571 candidates were successful. The overall passing percentage was 68.11% and about 37 students made it to the merit list. Tanu Kumar emerged as the topper for HP Board 2020 with 98.71% marks. The second position was seized by Kshitij Sharma with 98.56%. Vansh Gupta, Shagun Rana and Anisha Sharma were at the 3rd position by scoring 98.43% marks. Around 27197 students were unable to clear the examinations.

How to Check HP Board Result through SMS?

If any candidate is unable to access the website or there is any technical issue then the result can be checked through SMS. For class 12, Candidates are required to send a message as HP12<space> board roll number to 5676750. The result will be sent back on the phone with sectional and overall marks and the percentage. For results of senior secondary exam i.e. class 10 the candidates are required to send the SMS as HP10 <space> board roll number to 56263.

HP Board Mark Sheet

The students post checking their HPBOSE 12th Result 2020 online on the website, are suggested to download their scores. They can take a print out of the same. Taking printed copy of HPBOSE Result is vital as it is used as a provisional result till the time students don’t get their original mark sheet from the board. The e-scorecard shall be attested by the school authorities for proper validation. Candidates can collect their original marksheet after 15 days from the date of declaration of result. The mark sheet will be available in the concerned school.

HPBOSE Class 12 Result 2020 Revaluation

If any candidate is not satisfied with the marks then S/he can apply for revaluation of the answer sheet. The application shall be made online on the official website of HP Board. The students who want to get their papers rechecked need to pay an application fee. The entire procedure for the same will be disclosed by the HPBOSE soon on its official website. The results for the revaluation will be declared around 15 days after the application date is over. If there will be any change in the results the candidates will get an updated marksheet.

HPBOSE Class 12 Revaluation Result

The board has declared the results for revaluation and rechecking of class 12 on August 19, 2020. Candidates who applied for the same can check the result on the website by entering board roll number. The result will reflect the updated marks(if any) for the subjects that the student applied for. The marks may decrease in the process and no claims shall be accepted for reduced marks. The steps to check the result are mentioned below:

• New window will appear showing ‘plus two revaluation/rechecking result march 2020’
• Enter the board roll number as mentioned in the admit card

HP Board Class 12 Supplementary Examinations

The candidate who failed in one or two subjects can apply for supplementary examinations. The application for supplementary exam shall be made through the concerned school. The candidates who want to improve their score can also apply. This way, they get another chance to improve their score in a particular subject or clear the subjects they have failed previously. Generally, these exams are conducted in June after the announcement of the results. The detailed notification regarding the same will be announced by the Himachal Pradesh Board in the month of July,2020.

HPBOSE Class 10 Result 2020 Revaluation

The students who are not satisfied with their HP Board class 10 result 2020 can opt for rechecking or revaluation option. Students doing so need to fill the revaluation form and pay a fee in online mode through the official website: hpbose.org. INR 400 needs to be paid (for each paper) for rechecking of the result. The last date to apply for revaluation or rechecking is June 24, 2020The revaluation results are expected to be announced in July 2020.
