HP SET 2020 Exam Schedule Declared; exam to be conducted on November 22, 2020

The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission has recently declared the exam schedule for HP SET 2020. 

Candidates who have registered for the HP SET 2020 can visit the official website to access the examination schedule. The conductive authority has made it clear that it focuses on releasing the schedules beforehand so that students can get time to prepare and do well in the exams. 

The HP SET is conducted in order to grant the position of Assistant Professors as well as Lecturers across the government-aided colleges and Universities in Himachal Pradesh. The official notification regarding the HP CET will be declared soon. HP SET is scheduled to be conducted on November 22, 2020. 

However, it has also been mentioned that the date for the examination is subject to change depending on the availability of exam centers. Another determining factor is the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the exam will also depend on whether the situation at that time is conducive or not. 

The Application Fee for HP SET 2020 is INR 700 for the general category, INR 350 for the OBC category, and INR 175 for the SC/ST Category. Candidates applying for the exam must hold a postgraduate degree with an aggregate of 55%.
