The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has started the facility to 'change the exam center preferences' or 'opt-out' for CA July 2020 examination.
An important announcement was made on June 15, 2020, stating that Inter Alia extended an option to the examinees who have made applications for appearance in May 2020 examinations to change the center of examination or "opt-out" of May 2020 exams and in lieu of it appear in November 2020 examination with a due carryover of the fees paid, exemptions, etc. To read the official notification Click Here
ICAI is receiving various queries /observations from the students/ members and other stakeholders related to the aforementioned announcement. How to change Exam Centre Preferences or Opt-Out?
Candidates can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of ICAI icaiexam.icai.org
Step 2: Click on the 'Login/ Register' tab on the main page
Step 3: Enter your Login ID and Password
Step 4: Choose your option - to change the exam center or opt-out
Step 5: Click on Save and exit the page
